Food and drink guide
Waterfront seafood, cook-your-catch kitchens and seafood festivals from Rockport to Corpus Christi.

Overview
Food on this coast is built around the water, and in Port Aransas the tourism bureau says you can bring your own catch to be cooked.
The Port Aransas tourism bureau describes the island as a blend of waterfront views, fresh seafood served in many ways and locally loved flavors, and says it invites visitors to dine from relaxed open-air spots to refined seaside eateries. It lists restaurant pages for group dining, drinks, cook your catch, breakfast, seafood, and sweets and treats.
The Corpus Christi visitor bureau organizes its seafood guide by part of town: downtown, Padre Island, Southside and North Beach. It also keeps a separate guide to dining with a view of the water, from upscale seafood spots to laid-back patios for sunset cocktails.
